  Kevin Greene
  President/CEO

   Kevin, with over 30 years in the construction industry, started Greene Builders with the intent of bringing the quality service normally associated with large firms to the small Tenant Improvement market. With 15 years as a general contractor and 12 years in construction management, his experience includes extensive tenant & capital improvements, high-rise construction, major building renovations & retrofits, and structural upgrades. Kevin maintains the responsibility as the Client's "Point-of Contact".

  Manager/LEED Project Coordinator

   Monica brings over 15 years of management experience. In addition, Monica is actively continuing her education in the green building field. Attending conferences and seminars, she strives to incorporate the latest advances into the way we do business. Monica has been active in the firm since it's inception. She earned a Bachelor's of Science degree with Honors at the University of California, Davis.
